The information shared before your first consultation will be used to determine the objectives you wish to work on. Your healing program is flexible and always open to change with different methods. Ayurveda for Beginners

This introductory hands-on event will demystify the 3 doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha in terms of body type, body imbalances, psychological type, and the simple wholesome ways to bring balance in accord with nature. We will discuss daily self-care, diet, and most importantly, how we eat. Information about detox and cleanse will be share with special discounts for signing up.

Ayurvedic Dinacharya

We will discuss Ayurvedic daily routines that keep us in balance with nature. We will explore various practices such as Sadhana and tapas, oil pulling, pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga asanas practiced for your dosha, and more. In this hands on class, we will each create a daily routine that will begin to restore and refine our balance in nature. Previous introduction to Ayurveda is helpful but not required.

Guide to Ayurvedic cooking

Come enjoy the taste and aroma of Ayurvedic cooking!  We will learn about the 6 tastes of Ayurveda. We will then prepare a simple healing dish and learn how to properly use the spices with their medicinal properties to bring balance to our own bodies. Previous introduction to Ayurveda is helpful but not required.

Healing ritual

We will learn the tools to tap into our inner power to heal ourselves and perform a simple yet profound ritual accompanied by chanting the name of the Goddess in honore to the Divine feminine. We will do a fire purification ritual and seal our group with sharing a tea.

Shakti rising

This special class blends sacred meditation, Kundalini movement and sacred chants and mudras. Honor, awaken and express that divine primordial feminine energy with movement and Tantric techniques.

Aligning with sacred chants

A singing class to activate the chakras through sounds and the use of mantras. Then, we perform improvisations and vocal activation to liberate your blockages and limitations towards your desires to express your Truth.

Flower essence classes

Learn how to make flower essences, how to use them, and what to use them for. We explain it in depth and present a few good ideas to get you started.

“I have been practicing Ayurveda for over a decade guiding men and women of all ages to find their inner healers. What I find important in the quest of liberation, is to guide people back to their tools to step into their own power and intuitive intelligence to become more autonomous and using the ancestral wisdom of Ayurveda to navigate through life’s events with more bliss.”

Her career had different incarnation : Fashion Buyer in Paris and Milan, before teaching yoga in exotic places like Thailand, Bali in different yoga retreats centers.

Today, she is teaching holistic medicine in different detox centers, yoga schools and Ayurvedic clinic in Asia but also Europe which is more aligned with her engagement from previous studies and practices. She brings the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to relevance for today’s world. Sharing the simplicity of nature’s gifts and teachings to bring balance to life’s complexities. Ayurveda is the perfect antidote to the busy life as the nourishing practices serve to create more space in our lives. She continues to study and doing her pilgrim every year in India by the side of her master and share the tools she has gathered along her path.

Since 2018, she has been teaching classes on eastern philosophy, breath work, yoga, detox program, meditation and singing circle (she completed a training in voice activation at Roy Hart Institute in South of France as well as Sanskrit mantras training in Dharamsala) and offering Women’s circle with rituals and sacred ceremonies. She brings her deep understanding of the Sadhana practice to each of her classes and the importance of having a self-practice who matches your individual needs. Sophie has been carefully trained by masters in yoga who follows the teaching of Krishnamacharya in India, transmitting the essence of the indian authentic practice. Prem Carliti from the Ashtanga Bali research center has been opening the door in her self-practice to different teachers coming from the same lineage of teachings till now. Advanced and complementary studies include Ayurvedic study with Dr. Frawley, at the American Vedic Institution, a course with Dr Kumar from the University of Ayurveda in Mysore India, Certificate program in Ayurveda from Chopra center, Food is your best medicine course from Dr Veronica Waks and various programs in Aromatherapy, Plant medicine, Shamanic ancestral healing which add some understanding into her classes. She is registered yoga teacher with yoga alliance and with the American Vedic Institute since 2013.
